About Us

Multi Marine Venture Sdn Bhd ("MMV") is a subsidiary company of Kayfour Development Corporation Sdn Bhd ("KDC"). MMV is an owner, operator and charter vessels to provide support for Exploration & Production (“E&P”) and development activities in the offshore Oil and Gas (“O&G”) industry. MMV equipped with in-house expertise and capable to project-manage the Offshore Support Vessels (“OSV”).

Objective

MMV’s objective is to be the leading provider of quality-assured supply services to oil and gas majors companies for both local and international. MMV aims are to safeguard its long-term perspective through a balanced chartering strategy that ensures a basic cash flow combined with an assessed exposure to the spot market.

MMV believe that the introduction of these new OSVs has enabled us to strengthen our position in Malaysia and international offshore O&G sector. In correspondence with Scope of Work I (“SOW”), this expansion of our fleet means that we are able to serve a better satisfaction to our customers’ offshore oilfield needs focused on operations at increasing depths. The expansion will give us a more balanced fleet ensuring both capability as well as capacity.
